Good afternoon BP Community!

I hope to be able to share my experiences and learn from this multi-faceted group. My wife is a licensed RE salesperson in MD and VA, I'm an avid "hobbyist". I enjoy remodeling and updating projects and would like to create another source of revenue from my 9-5.

In the past 5 months, we have put in multiple offers on REO, auction, HUD, and Fannie Mae properties, without much success. I'm hoping to read, learn, and be able to hone my offer skills, expand my network of sources, and be able to land these flips.
