A website and legit reviews on Google   Actual truck(s) with their company name and phone painted on it   Not Bob’s Handyman on a magnetic sign attached to a truck falling apart A company which does the repairs first, sends and invoice and gets paid afterwards For years I tried to use handimen and in the end it cost me a ton of money from crappy work to missed appointments etc etc Keep in mind these people will be booked a few weeks to a month so I make myself be patient.

That way, when I get rent, I set up an invoice to pay to each month, and if there are expenses, I reimburse myself and keep the receipts in a folder.
