@Jon Moore - I didn't see an option to automatically invoice them on Venmo.

I’ve been hit with some pretty high turnover costs and requested to see actual invoices.  

One solution is to keep utilities in your name and pass then thru to tenants as a separate invoice.

@Shaun Reilly while i get your point I have both invoices and documentation of payments.

That way, when I get rent, I set up an invoice to pay to each month, and if there are expenses, I reimburse myself and keep the receipts in a folder. 

You can post a link on your website, put the actual payment portal on your website (only allows fixed payment choices), or email them an "invoice."
