Good Property managers around Birmingham area

Hello everyone,

I am looking to invest in the Birmingham area. Does anyone have a recommendation for a good property manager in the Birmingham area? I want someone who is pretty responsive throughout the home buying process also.

I’ve been using Evernest for the past year and haven’t been impressed.  I’ve heard Signal Property Management is good and have been thinking about making the switch.
