A unit needed a new stove and fridge.

Deep clean the whole place, pull the fridge out and vacuum the coils, make sure all drains are working and sanitize them - stop and fill each sink with a mix of hot water, a splash of bleach, and several good squirts of Dawn dish soap.

-fridge, bed, black out shutters, night time house rules, and Wi-Fi we’re a must for me.

Also I wouldn't want to add a kitchen, maybe a mini fridge and microwave or something.

Honestly, I don't think there's a requirement but of course, people tend to expect a range and fridge. 

Doubtful that they'll be taking off with my fridge...What tactics do you use to make sure that doesn't happen or gets noticed when it does? 

Well, in addition, this couple had taken permanent marker and written on the side of the stairs and all over the fridge.

We do have a loading dock and a ware house and that makes a big difference.A last months we got 20 washers, 20 dryers, 25 fridges, 18 dishwashers, 22 microwave / hood vents, 10 hot water heaters, and 12 ranges.

I also have a brand new washer, dryer, and fridge in my storage facility.
