Just expressing my opinions now;  The root issue in my view that the DF authors where wanting to eradicate re Lonnie deal math is:  buy at $X  mark up to $3X and finance at 18%.  

It is completely absurd that this company is requiring the original documents, which is the root cause of this situation.

I would even so bold as to say the OP stands a better chance of finding a Canadian attorney and accountant with experience in the U.S.A. than the other way around (particularly where the OP is located in PQ which has a different legal system not rooted in English common law).

However, from the root of what I understand here, I'd just like to leave a note sharing my professional practice in dealing with rentals.

He comes out yesterday and tells us that the pine tree that was removed in the front yard has roots that have grown into the septic and compromised the integrity of the sewer pipe to the point it has to be replaced. 

I have been living in the Cincinnati area for 2 years now, but my roots trace further south. 

Most people want to set down roots and make a home in a nice community.

Landlords helping other landlords to become better landlords is a good thing, but the rogue landlords need to be rooted out!
