Find this argument a little strange. Really

I haven't read all the responses as your post took half an hour to read, and I have to hurry back to Facebook and argue with strangers so a little short on time.

With short term rental, not only will there be a lot of stranger showing up around your neighborhood but think of the traffic it will create?

I will disagree with you on some of your responses whereas yes we take care of families etc but Dan Hueschele  I can quote scripture which backs up my beliefs to how we are to look out for one another family strangers  business widowers homeless the list is endless As I am writing these words a homeless man is sleeping on the sidewalk another one has a blanket wrapped around him walking the streets and yet another one is pushing his cart with his belongings a piece of card board atop which obviously is his shelter My point is if we can help others and we have the capacity Its not man who rewards us for being a good steward with what we've been blessed withBut  God will see to it we are rewarded accordinglyWishing you much success for you and family Words ended D

The ops to make $$ and to create wealth are there, real, you can do them, but you have to suck it up and get over it, and move every 2 years, allow strangers into your home livinng in bedrooms and couches. 

Her biggest reason for being against house hacking is that she prefers the privacy, and to not share walls with strangers.

I have done this in other cases where the other partner and I were complete strangers with the intent of entering into several deals. 

Im new myself and I have not completed any deals yet, but I just wanted to say that I think you guys give really great advice and that the support and willingness to help complete strangers is unmatched from what I've found.
