Communication & Documents:Do you have an online portal for tenants to pay rent and landlords to access documents?

I'm with @Keith Smith and @CJ Ashton with my setup...yet I feel like it's a patchwork quilt and I was looking for a one stop shop kind of place... do any of you have an online portal for the tenants to submit maintenance requests/complaints?

The software can't be the same instance of Rentec Direct due to needing different IRS data / reports.Needs:>Tenant maintenance portal w/ communications>Tenant payments online (must include auto late fees)>Accounting tracking per unit Currently I am kind of looking at the 3 options below:Option 1: ERentPayment.com (payments + Maintenance but not communications) and Stessa ->Only cost is per transactionOption 2: Avail (all 3) ->Free version, though accounting is a new feature & doesn't look like communications; $5/unit isn't a bad price for when ready to move to that levelOption 3: Iannago (all 3) -> Free (trans costs).

She has a great online portal for uploading documents and is happy to help with specific questions.

Did that, broker sent proof to shellpoint through their portal (where they want brokers to upload proof of insurance).

The management company uses the PropertyWare portal online.
