Not every delivery vehicle (mail piece) is going to encourage a response from a recipient.

There are NO guaranteed delivery times, only “typicals”.

The OP's post was about stopping unwanted mail.The opposite problem is not getting certain mail because it's being stolen by crooks, which is why I'm in the process of signing up for Informed Delivery.

I'm preparing to do another round of post card mailers and I am trying to strategize my delivery date.
