Hello fellow investors can anyone give me a little advice on where to get a marketing list to get my yellow marketing campaign going. I have been searching for a while but a little nervous on many of them. Thanks for the help -Windie Rios

If wholesaling I would then vote for listsource.com as well and I would use the following criteria filters.

  • 1-3 Bedrooms
  • 30% or more equity
  • 4 years ownership or longer
  • SFR (Single Family Residence)
  • Median assessed value
  • and if a limited marketing budget- Absentee owners

You may also want to chat with USLeadList.com as they sell the inherited list and it just came out. A little pricey however.

Also chat with @Rick Harmon... He tends to be a great source for Probate Information.

I would also strongly consider @Dev Horn and chat with him about his product as well.
