My dream for my real estate endeavors would be to slow build a property base that would eventually provide my income allowing my engineering profession to be a well paying hobby or give me the ability to start my own engineering company.Non-real estate-wise I also am an avid musician, playing guitar in a terrible metal/hard rock band that somehow Google actually recognizes.

All cabinets from Lowes & were slightly damaged $980 (I'd been collecting them for a few months).Laminate counter tops $200.Appliances were a Samsung deal for another flip we're doing so we added these to the order.Fridge $425, Stove $325, DW $400 Microwave $23 ( It was a $249 Frigidaire Gallery unit but side was dented & I did some sheet metal repair).

I sent out a guy out there from yellow pages and he said that they have to dig a 12" wide by 2 foot deep "trench" around the whole house foundation, insert an L shaped long piece of metal to prevent any water to get under there any more.

While the numbers affixed to the box are permanent I wanted to find if anyone has found a material that adheres to plastic that can be removed after the tenants move out.These tenants put their last name on the outside of the metal box that I replaced that was broken.

Knowing this info, I took a 4ft metal rod and prodded the sediment on the South side of the drain and was able to locate the pipe!

There is also a large amount of scrap metal between the old duct work and the metal studs in the walls.
