I.e. when you call our "office" number Google Voice rings both of our phones.

It just depends on your strategy and what your trying to ring out of the deal.  

Obviously you might not be able to do that if your area doesn't have an option to recycle, just an example of unexpected things that may attract guests. we add much of what you typed, hooked up internet, seating on the balcony, tv, etc. also not sure if we should set up a ring doorbell security camera to see who goes in and out?

I would consider them for things like toilet replacement or a new wax ring just consider liability.

If you're looking for 5-10 unit multi-family and want to stay west of the river I'd focus on the first/second ring suburbs north of Minneapolis.
