Multi-Family Investing Advice (Minneapolis)

Hello, my wife and I live in Minneapolis and have one townhome rental. We love the long term buy and hold strategy and have dreams to buy more property - ideally a 4 unite multi-family property or larger. However, as I search online to find 4+ unit multi-family properties I don't find very much at all. Does anyone have any advice on how to get get into the multi-family game in Minneapolis? Correct me if I'm wrong but the multi-family inventory (4+ units) in Minneapolis seems hard to come by. Thanks in advance!

We have a 4 unit just listed in the Biggerpockets marketplace! Inventory is just tight in all asset classes right now. In MSP we're closing in on under 2 months of inventory.
