This is an older women who has been in real estate and investing for over 30 years.

Kristine Marie Poe of course we all know about the older women that have 800k in CD's and only live on their SS.

I am dealing with the women's brother who has been her property manager and really doesn't know or want to know anything about legalities and the eviction process.

They have a great women in real estate sub meeting as well.

More single individuals pursue homeownership today; especially women.
