NEWBIE READY TO TAKE ACTION
Hello everyone, my name is ReAnna Hooks currently in the Raleigh/Durham NC area. Although I've been interested in real estate for years now, it remained just that....an interest and thought in the back of my mind. Well late last year I got more curious and decided to go sit through a 2 hr seminar in which gave just enough information to tease you. (This is how they get you) long story short I processed to pay for the next upcoming class a few hundred dollars that I attended a few weekends ago. As many of you all may have experienced the same thing, the 3rd or next part is $30,000+ to move on with the company. Being a single mom and having one small source of income I obviously don't have that kind of money to pay someone to help me, not at all do I use that as an excuse but needless to say I have to start some where. I've become very passionate about educating myself (mainly online) about real estate for the past fee weeks spending hours on top of hours researching different routes to take in the real estate world. So because of my financial situation I feel like wholesaling would be my gate way to the ultimate goal. I'm a firm believer that education is key but to apply what you have or are learning is everything! TAKE ACTION!!
Would you agree to that?
How do I start taking action?
Any wholesalers willing to mentor me?
Any pointers on finding deals to place under contact other than bandit signs?
Thank you to anyone who will reply to my forum and help in advance I do greatly appreciate you!
