If I were you I would purchase a clean affordable used vehicle for clients and save the truck for the real work.My question is, unless you are a real estate agent, why are you transporting people around in your vehicle and is it insured for that purpose.

People renting out their condo in my complex is also around $2800+ being so close to shops like Target and Trader Joe's...and rumors of google moving in next door and being next to a major transportation HUB, the prices are justified here in Silicon Valley.So my question is, is it a bad idea or is it even possible to obtain a HELOC to obtain a 20% down on a new "move-up" home?

As a real estate expert, when you analyze properties for neighborhood linkages or proximity analysis; how do you decide on weight-ages for various attributes.Mainly, if we look at location based data; then majority of urban areas have essential facilities like schools,parks,shopping centers,health facilities,offices,transportation etc.. in short to mid distance radius and traveling those are not such an hassle anymore.Also, from employment perspective, many people switch their jobs and depending on new employment benefits they have no issues traveling few miles extra to workplace.In such an case; how do we analyze properties on neighborhood analysis; how do you decide on weight-ages for various attributes?

Once mutual acceptance is made, I schedule inspection, usually within the first week, that coincides with your schedule to fly or arrange transportation to view property.
