Personally i --hope to acquire a pc of land I have had my eye on for many years--start a new business ( well make it official and inc. it into a LLC and increase prsence so i can have more working funds)--start on my development of the short-term cabin housing ; talk to code enforcer, call a tree harvester, soil test, cut in a roadthat's my list and I'm sticking to it.

When the trucks came in we didn't have a fork lift so one person was in the 18 wheeler and the other person was throwing the pumpkins, watermelons, wheat straw, pine straw, bags of potting soil, plants, crates off food at you.
