Depreciation Schedule for Capital Improvements to Old Mobile Homes
We did a lot of rehab work this past year. How many years must we spread the depreciation? Thanks.

There are no differences for how expenses are treated on Mobile homes. They are depreciated just the same as any other residential rental property. You can off course if you know your costs well enough apportion out as to what was for which improvement.
