If that's close you might be good but then again, not a huge vacation rental market.I'm not an expert in FL but my gut feeling is that if you're looking for a place near the beach and in a good vacation rental area you're going to be hard pressed to find something close to $100k.Maybe someone else knows the state and areas better and can point you in the right direction.Best of luck.

It can easily drive at highway speed to each property, and you could put a spreader in the back, and or hand tools and blowers for walk ways.The cons would be doing sidewalks, tight properties, or if you get a ton of snow it would be hard pressed to move snow as efficiently as a loader with a box, and you have to register and insure it.Tractors and loaders are great for big parking lots and moving lots of snow.

@Nate Pattee I don't know how the used mobile home market is in Arizona, but in this are you would be hard pressed to purchase a 15 year old home in decent shape for 10k.
