Florida Investors - Please educate me!
I want to add a vacation rental to my portfolio with a single family house somewhere in Florida. What markets in Florida are still playing catch up where I can find some deals and prices are still low.

I've managed rehabs locally. Frankly I cannot imagine trying to do it remotely. "Good people" is an understatement. You are effectively going to be handing someone your checkbook. You better trust that person to write the correct checks to the right people.
