A very good group of people who genuinely seem to want to help everyone be successful. 

The value of a good tenant, one that doesn't have drama, no issues paying, and genuinely takes care of the place is worth so much more than $100/mo!       

As for seller financing, you have probably already heard this from some of the chats you attended, however I cannot stress enough the importance of trust, when you are dealing with a potential seller who is able to finance the deal, you will be able to get a lot accomplished if they feel you are genuine and that you can help them.

Just take the time to find a competent PM that's genuinely committed to finding good tenants and has cost effective solutions to typical rental problems .

I am genuinely excited to start this journey and am ready to get around people with the same mentality and passion.
