My First REIA! What NOT to do?
Happy new year everyone! I'm new here in the BP forums and am looking for some advice. I plan on investing in my first multifamily property in a few months and will be attending my very first REIA in hopes of networking with some great people. I'd like to walk in as prepared as I can be, so I ask you this; What are the Do's and Don'ts of REIA etiquette? Should I have anything specific prepared, such as business cards or things along that nature? What are some big "no no's" when attending these meetings? I'd appreciate any and all feedback.
