Hi everyone my name is Aaron and I am brand spankin new to this arena. My wife and I haven been thinking about real estate investing as a means to start increasing some monthly cash and start building our retirements to a better looking number. We are interested in ultimately seller financing for cash flow but need to figure out how to raise some of the capital they might be required. We have been to one of the REIA meetings in Lakeland and listened to Larry Harbolt speak about terms. Awesome insight!!! I have been listening to the Bigger Pockets podcast all day at work as well as some others. Just found Chris Goff on You Tube and learning some other great information about seller financing and different strategies within that strategy. Welcome any and all criticism!
