We checked out our first triplex yesterday.I've been voraciously reading everything I can on bigger pockets and beyond and have begun using the tools I've found to analyze properties.

A previous owner had begun a studs-out remodel in 2009 and stopped about 40-50% of the way through the process.

Hey @Azam Khan, I agree with @Kyle Elmer as to speaking with GRA, as I have recently begun working with them on our NZ Estate Plan and Trust setup in anticipation of property trading we will begin in the next few months.  

For now I have hung up my full time investor hat and have begun to help others in the industry through the company I work for.

I have recently started listening to the podcasts as I drive around town and have also begun to "obsessively" (in my wives words) read the forums and blog posts in the evening.  

I have only recently begun to look at real estate investing and have yet to do my first deal, so I know next to nothing but what I've been reading and listening to on the podcast.
