I've been trying to put myself in a struggling homeowner's shoes in order to understand their logic (or non thereof) and maybe I can have an educated conversation with them (since we call ourselves problem solvers, right?)

While this just happens to be my experience, I do find it easier to talk to people as a regular person trying to help them and their needs (hence, becoming a problem solver).

Next I would find another bank, you want a bank that is a problem solver not problem creator as there are enough problems in real estate.

I'm a Texan now so I don't follow much of the legalities in the Chicagoland area anymore when it comes to real estate titles etc....I'd like to hear if anyone has an attorney that is creative or a problem solver/optimistic as oppose to a pessimistic that give me all the worst that can happen.
