We also wouldn't have been able to relax early if we were in the hospitality business bnb-ing or midterm renting it out.

I'm from Des Moines living in Denver, Co but I'm going to be in Des Moines a few times over the next few months (Holidays) and I'd love to attend one of your meetings.  

Idk what it is, but I'm starting to normalize new years and other holidays as just a new week in the life lol.

Exceptions are on Monday holidays when data/reports are unavailable until the following day.
