I've read your BiggerPockets profile, so I understand that your long-term goal is to build cash flow via rental assets.So...How proficient are you at analyzing rental investment deals?

I'm extremely proficient in IT since I do that with my full time job with 15+ years experience.

Run numbers through the BP calculator so you can learn/become proficient.

You cannot become proficient in a area you never studied.

Now throw in someone who has never performed any serious renovation before and is now proficient at electrical, tile, plumbing, cabinet setting, drywall.  

You are actually in a better position to be able to choose all your own tenants assuming your PM is proficient at what he does.I would recommend you not offer term leases to strangers.

I am having trouble finding the 1/10 mortgage brokers who are proficient at investment deals.Also looking for good accountant.If anyone has anyone they recommend, Its very appreciated.Thank you, Amanda and Aaron Saarela 

I am proficient in negotiating seller financing as my main exit strategy is lease options.

I am proficient in data mining and business intelligence, and could make great use of those skills if I have a solid data source (demographic, economic, regional/location sales history, etc).I am eager to start my real estate investing journey, and start sharing knowledge with y'all!
