Fewer still actually show-up to deliver the value in-person. 

I personally have a separate account for each property I own.

Overall I would personally consider how I can still grow with the freedom that I have focusing on my real estate.

Are you interested in S8 because of a personal reason or you think it's the next "hot" investment idea?

That will be the best spot to meet an investor friendly agent in person or at least meet other investors in your markets that can help connect you to the right agents.

I would spend money to enhance and update to current standards the search functionality and person to person tagging so it's easier to find stuff.
