The slow down is making me a little nervous about our local economy.

I know what to do, but I feel a little nervous to be doing everything on my own.

Greetings all,I recently jump started my new career as an real estate investor and I am excited yet nervous.

A tenant who may be getting evicted can "lease out the home" to someone else, collect the money and disappear.There is nothing that makes me more nervous as a PM than a tenant showing the home to a prospect.  

Take you time and find the right combination for you.Even if you are a little reluctant or nervous socially, over time you will see the same people - say hi - talk a little - talk some more, and soon they are not strangers anymore.
