I have family in the Boston area and they vacation near Dover, a beautiful city.

Hi Everyone,I’m investing in an essentially turnkey (it was a flip) MFH in Woonsocket, RI and wanted to get your take from anyone who has experience in the city.I know the city has a bit of a reputation, but it’s in the Fairmount neighborhood that tends to be quite good.

Our main carrier policy converts to vacant dwelling policy at completion for duration of term and can be renewed on case by case basis if unfinished or unsold.  

Property prices are lower compared to larger cities, offering the potential for higher returns, while the demand for rentals remains steady thanks to a large student population and growing workforce.

I don't know what they are but unless there's something in the city that requires that kind of notice, it sounds excessive to me.

Podcasts are also great, bigger pockets podcast is one of the main reasons I'm into real estate.

Instead I want to take advantage of the opportunity I have of living rent free to invest my time and money in STR's to hopefully build that portfolio up and eventually make that my main source of income (I understand that will take time).
