Builders Risk & Liability Insurance - Post Construction
I just learned that builders risk and liability insurance coverage can cease once a CO is issued for a new build. The provider I am using allows for 60 days of continued coverage once construction is completed.
I’d like to be protected if it takes longer than 60 days to sell a spec. What are y’all doing for insurance coverage solutions?
