I do an internship type program, and my students love it (I am no Guru). 

Apparently, lenders may consider clinicals (or internships, for those not in the healthcare field) as "work experience."

My friends are working "unpaid internships" all summer so they won't even make money..

I would start looking for an internship in commercial real estate since I am sure the experience would be very beneficial.

@Michael Cohen Well my situation is that I am currently in an internship, and I should be walking away from it with about $25k in my pocket.

Just wanted to say hi and thank the creators for making this website and community, i just stumbled upon it in some research and have yet to do a through digestion but i wanted to say hi especially to those in the Northwest.Also if someone in the greater Seattle area is willing i am looking for a un/paid internship or apprenticeship just to get my feet wet in this sector, i have been an investor in stocks and all that jazz for some time but want to expand as i am starting my career trek.

I have an internship lined up with the largest real estate brokerage in New Hampshire (Keller Williams).

I also had an internship with a real estate company.
