Have you seen an increase in those "Investor seeking Student" signs in your area?

Hi folks,
I have noticed this week alone 5 new signs all with the same Investor seeking Student and all with very similar phone #s. I know I have read here in the past that there is some "Guru" selling a MLM bogus course through these type of signs. Does anyone remember who they were? I'm 1/2 interested to give them a call to see, but don't want to waste my time if I can get confirmation they are what I think they are here.

Those are likely Nouveau Riche (now "Renatus") signs. One of the founders spun off a new incarnation of the company and my guess is that they are trying to make a comeback after getting their teeth kicked in for several years during the crisis.
