Some of these new age syndicators are raising money in incredibly small amounts and I believe are intentionally pursuing these smaller dollar amounts because of the unsophisticated individual behind those dollars.

Yes you partner with them on the individual deal but you get the reps in to become better at watching a deal from start to finish. 

Without giving the individual's name, even though once it is filed it is public information, could you post the specifics they are alleging or the case number?
