Just getting some "dirt" as I like to call it is the first step, the amount you will learn by jumping in and just buying something will teach you volumes. 

He is one of the few that is crazy enough and knowledgeable enough to get his hands dirty at a high volume in this scary investing niche.He is typically very busy so don't worry if it takes him a day or two to reply to emails ;)

Especially your large single level Units that you are developing in large volume.  

You likely need a much larger volume in lower cost areas to make the same money.  

It will all depend on volume.

:) The best teammates I have found is looking at active and sold listing on zillow and seeing what agents look to be doing volume and working with investors.

I am not one of those guys who says I have been in bizz 50 years and never lost a dime.. there are very few folks that can say that if your actually doing any volume in the Real Estate world.

After a couple deals under belt, then take out a massive line of credit and grow fast with the all-in volume game.
