@Nick Rose  Unfortunately, your plan has way too many open ended steps, and uncontrolled risk factors, to make it feasible at all.On the brighter side, you do have everything you need to move forward with your timeline...probably even much faster than you think (and hope).

When you go for the inspection, take a flashlight, clothes to get dirty, and hopefully someone with a lot of experience with old homes.

I always have a flashlight, pocket knife, small multitool  and I also have a LTC/CCW so I carry as well.
