fix and flip/buy and hold

Hi there, my name is Megan Utley and I live in Salt lake City. I currently work as a server and would like to use real estate as an avenue to exit the service industry.  I've only just started to dip my toes in and am all ears to good advice and tips. I would like to start with a fix and flip project and use the capitol gained from that to acquire a couple buy and holds to rent out.
