Hartford and Springfield seem to be the two areas in New England that fit my budget in regards to 3 or 4 multi, pretty decent properties and what rent we’d be trying to charge.

Hi everyone, I have a property in England (moved to Canada just over a year ago) and the lease on my property is due to renewal next month.

Some folks looking are from New York and England. 

Misc, I was thinking garbage, and snow plows since were out in new england.

For me New England REIA is second choice mostly because their former Chelmsford location is close to home.
