Broadley shared a story of a successful doctor that ultimately lost his fortune and his lifestyle due to a family that sued him for his secretary’s driving accident that caused the death of two teenaged sisters.

What would you say to a tenant who moved out and had children who wrote on the walls,  then tried to cover nail holes with spackle (leaving walls to resemble a teenager with pimples), a wood stain on a carpet that was left buckled after cleaning, etc. etc. etc..  

We did have one massive problem with an inherited tenant whose teenage son trashed the place after they moved out.

We wound up using 2 teenagers,  an adult and an engine hoist to get an L shaped  6 ft x 4 ft piece  in place.

I immediately found it interesting to read all sorts of details about what life was like in Victorian England (which was also the world of Sherlock Holmes, a series I read and enjoyed as a teenager).I began to read about the lifestyles of the gentry, the peerage and the royalty.

She has a slue of medical conditions(which i strongly suspect are just hypochondria) and 2 teenage children.

(my goal is to do 50 a day for next year) I'd find some teenagers, (clean ones) give them $10/hr to plaster them on the doors in the neighborhoods I designate, and tell them I'll give them $100 for each deal that I can close.

I honestly think you're having a great start versus other teenagers, but I agree with Mark that a real estate license shouldn't really be a priority or a main objective.

I have even hired out teenagers to mow my lawns if I can't get to it.
