Hi everyone,andrew here fr singapore.I wanna check with u guys there if there is any company/finance house or even private individuals who is willingly to loan me a amount of USD$450,000 as i will be using the funds to purchase/finance a residential property in singapore(value ard USD$500,000).I would have no problem in paying back as i am a trained engineer but currently having some problem with the banks in singapore because due to the fact i was scammed in a business transaction a few years ago(loans taken fr the banks were all conned).I am a true and genuine borrower and i hope that only genuine lenders will contact me pls,i will dispense the informations abt the paying back interest rates and details with the interested parties when i replying back,thanks for viewing and have a nice day!

But most places I looked at were either already discovered and expensive (such as the island of Bali, Singapore) or too risky (Asian countries with unstable politics).I grew up in France (many years ago) and didn't really want to invest there because of the "socialist" rules penalizing investors.
