It's just my husband and I and we are finally narrowing down our niche to MHP's and long term RV parks.

We had some cleaning to do and minor damage that wasn't visible due to the rooms being packed to the gills.

As we renovated the property, added perimeter parking for cars/boats/RV and commercial vehicles and filled up the office bldg the cash flow was over $50K/month.

A 12 pack of soda has gone from $3.50 to $9!

When I do a search for "property management companies denver", the top 3 companies that come up in the google map pack have 703, 882, and 218 reviews. 4- Have you considered adding an intro video to your website?

It's that "shady-as-hell" crowd that are really stirring the pot and packing the bomb that's gonna blow back on everyone when it all blows.
