Maintenance requests should go into a portal that the maintenance team checks, Invoices flow to the bookkeeper, etc

Their owner portal works pretty well and their pricing algorithms do seem to maximize bookings and revenue.

If I did have anyone trying to do a chargeback I would shut down their payment portal and start the eviction process.
