I wouldn't advise doing structural DIY, as for aesthetic it really depends on price point and location, it sounds like this may be a luxury home so you might want to do a little more, but if this is a tract home you could be just fine with "agreeable gray" and "tolerable tan" because spending more money does not = more value. 

Tan, we're just finishing up a complete rehab in the city, and waiting to hear back on a few bids in the western suburbs.

I am sure that others have tan into this issue before.

Anyone who doesn't want to provide all of the information on your application.Plan for houses - typically we would have a light/dark color scheme (wall/trim) of different shades of tan.

Wonder why they used tan vs black.

We have doors in Mesa, Gilbert, San Tan and Queen Creek.

Most of them are in the east valley, Chandler, Gilbert, Mesa, Tempe, Apache Junction, Queen Creek, San Tan Valley, Florence, Maricopa, etc.
