New to the BRRRR - Method

Hello everyone, my name is Duy and I am from Portland, Oregon. My wife and I bought our 1st home in 2015 and lived there for 2.5 years. During this time, I renovated the bathroom and kitchen from scratch. We also did minor upgrade here and there to the house. We had an opportunity to purchase our second home last year and had the 1st home rented out.

My wife and I wanted to start looking into fixer upper home(s) to rehab and rent out to have passive income. We are new to this method and looking for any ideas/suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
