@Crystal Em @John Thedford Non refundable deposits are necessary for a wholesaler to be successful because unlike a LISTING AGENT or a BUYERS AGENT, a wholesaler actually has money on the line.

There is a lot of unknowns without a crystal ball but where do you think the pricing for me might fall?
