Hello All!

I have "educated" myself on flipping for years through every seminar and Google article you can imagine. It's time to stop reading and get into action! I am a licensed Realtor, have an established LLC. I am familiar with the process and the 70% rule, I just need to put what I've studied for the past years into play. I've got to start somewhere!

@Crystal Smith

Thanks for following me on BP.  I'm sure I can bring value the plans that you have in real estate.

I would begin by recommending that you stay away from Hard Money, and establish a relationship with local neighborhood bank such as Harbor Bank.  I recently closed on property (flip) where Harbor supplied the purchase and renovation funds.   You should reach out to Ulric Donowa, at Harbor Bank, and tell him I told you to call.

If you reach out to me, I will answer any questions you may have.
