Bought some silver and gold in the solo401k, now looking for SFH for income.

So far I have put gold and silver into it, taken a loan from it and looking to buy a few homes for cash flow.

There is no silver bullet solution and yes, @Taylor L. is right in that all of the info you need is readily available online for free.The issue with the free info online is that it is not necessarily organized in a strategic way and as a newbie, you may not know where to begin.

Be sure to ask if they do their own negotiations in-house or if it is sent out to someone else.The silver lining in all this is that you can often get a short sale in good condition, for below market price, with few other investors interested in it.
