References for self-directed Solo 401K providers?

I already have an LLC and I want to set-up a Solo401K with check-book control. I will make investments through a brokerage account as well as non-traditional real estate investments.

The providers with the least expensive rates seem to be MySolo401K.net, Fox&Fox, and Sunwest Trust. Does anyone have any experience with these providers, and are there other low-cost providers I should consider?

Just joined this forum, very interesting information on it. I used http://www.sensefinancial.com/ to set up my Solo 401k Trust, I am the trustee and have a checkbook control. So far I have put gold and silver into it, taken a loan from it and looking to buy a few homes for cash flow. I found that http://www.sensefinancial.com/ has reasonable fees and great customer service, plus very knowledgeable. I can recommend them.
