Hello everyone!

  My name is Matthew Jones, I am from sunny southern California and I recently became obsessed with the world of real estate investing. I stumbled upon Bigger Pockets via YouTube after watching the podcast where Josh interviews Brandon [98 I believe?] and have been reading everything I can since. I am very excited to be a part of this great community and learn this business from seasoned veterans with decades of experience.  I am voracious whenever I learn something new and I am extremely appreciative of the wealth of information available here. I am eager to get started building a healthy network of like-minded, positive, hard working investors. My tentative plan is to learn wholesaling to get an understanding of the anatomy of a deal, what makes a good deal and what red flags to avoid, then add multi-family rentals to my game and try my hand at flipping to be well rounded. My ultimate goal is to own 4000 rental units that cash flow an average of $100 each. I've got a lot of learning to do before I reach that mark though, but I couldn't have found a better place to start. Thank you all in advance for your contributions to my education, your time and your energy.
