Probably the universe trying to test me and see how much it takes to break me..(*_@

So I just got a conversion from my website.  First real one.

got a very desperate message from a seller. Needs to sell really quickly

She/he is in an absolute rush to sell.

My question is this....This is what she said:

"The house is The Estate of.... I am the executor of the estate. So I believe the closing would have to be done by my Estate attorney. He is, however, leaving the sale to me (at my request)."

I looked it up but I want to know from you all what you think about this. I do NOT want to  make anymore stupid mistakes.

Any specific way to proceed? Does this differ in anyways from just dealing with a "normal" seller?
