Probably the universe trying to test me and see how much it takes to break me..(*_@

So I just got a conversion from my website.  First real one.

got a very desperate message from a seller. Needs to sell really quickly

She/he is in an absolute rush to sell.

My question is this....This is what she said:

"The house is The Estate of.... I am the executor of the estate. So I believe the closing would have to be done by my Estate attorney. He is, however, leaving the sale to me (at my request)."

I looked it up but I want to know from you all what you think about this. I do NOT want to  make anymore stupid mistakes.

Any specific way to proceed? Does this differ in anyways from just dealing with a "normal" seller?

Here is an update.

When I walked into the house the first thing she did was grab my hand and thanked me.

I was bewildered.  I asked thank you but I have no idea why you are thanking me for.

Then she started.

She was looking online for people to buy houses. She found someone else's website, and somewhere down the ranks was mine.

She saw a video of mine that she couldn't really place in the "we buy houses" category so she clicked it.

Because of this video she chose me.

Makes you wonder..

(I was frowned upon posting my previous video because my company name was mentioned in the video). This time I made sure no one mentioned my company name in the video. :)
