I realize we could probably just do this on a gentleman's agreement but I'd prefer to learn a bit about the proper structure so that if someone we aren't as cozy with gets interested we could do a similar deal with that individual (potentially).This isn't going to be a fund per se so don't tear into me on SEC stuff or any of that noise :).

@Hannah Guild I am using Cozy for my rental app and as part of it they run a credit and background check. 

You can cozy up by the fireplace with a view of the lake in the winter and people do.

I personally use Cozy, which allows tenants to opt into credit reporting and accepts credit card.

Most people probably have 0 interest in dealing with what comes with that.My primary residence is in 19805 and it's a very quiet, cozy block.

The supply now for travelers is not confined to places only cities have zoned for hotel uses. 

Do people have experience with COZY for background checks for potential renters?  

Cozy screened them for credit score and background checks.

My software (Cozy) syndicates to a couple sites, I post on Zillow which will syndicate to a couple other sites, then I post on Facebook market place and local buy/sell groups.
